The Spirea \'Japanese White\', Spiraea albiflora, has bright green foliage, topped by heavy clusters of white blooms. This deciduous shrub is low growing and exhibits a rounded form. Japanese Whites are effective in mixed shrub plantings, low borders and clumped together.

The Spirea \'Magic Carpet\', Spirea japonica \'Magic Carpet\', is a colorful shrub that fits almost anywhere in the landscape. In spring the leaf shoots emerge vibrant red, maturing into rich bronze to light green red-tipped foliage.

Spiraea - Tor
The Spirea \'Tor\', Spiraea betuliflia \'Tor\', is a compact spirea reaching a height and width of 2-3 ft. Its tiny white flower clusters are set against a backdrop of deep green leaves that are almost iridescent in the summer. Foliage turns a deep, purplish-red in the fall.

Wiegela - Java Red
The Wiegela \'Java Red\', Weigela florida \'Java Red\', is one of the oldest Wiegelas. It is a dwarf, only rarely exceeding four feet of height, making it at its biggest half the size of the majority of Weigelas.
Russian Sage
The Russian Sage, Perovskia atriplicifolia, is a deciduous semi-woody subshrub with upright, grayish white stems and lobed, silvery gray leaves. The older stems are woody at the base, and younger stems are herbaceous and square in cross section.
Butterfly Bush - White
The White Butterfly bush, Buddleia davidii \'Alba\', is easily grown in average, medium wet, well-drained soil in full sun. This deciduous bush becomes weedy and sparse with diminished flowering performance if not grown in full sun. Does poorly in wet conditions.
Bluebeard - Petit Bleu
The Bluebeard Petit Blue, \'Caryopteris x clandonensis\', a Proven Winners selection, is a compact Bluebeard that has a very tight growth habit. Petit Blue blooms from July through September. The short internodes result in an intense floral display.
