Golden Raintree
The Golden Raintree, Koelreuteria Paniculata, is an excellent tree and unrivaled for late yellow flowers. Golden Raintrees are also known as Chinese Flame trees. It is one of the very few yellow flowering trees.
Hackberry
The Hackberry tree, Celtis Occidentalis, is a superior tree that withstands heat, drought, wind, and alkaline soils. The Hackberry tree is tall, and has similar spread, with ascending arching branches, and some drooping branches.
Lombardy Poplar
The Lombardy Poplar tree, Populus nigra, is a fast growing, tall, columnar tree with bright green leaves with a silver underside. These trees are used to form quick windbreaks, while longer-lived, slower growing trees mature. A great plant for a fast growing windbreak or screen.
Norway Spruce
The Norway Spruce tree, Picea Abies, is a fast growing tree that can grow to 150 ft. Norway Spruce trees, placed on a good site, should reach 5 ft. in 6 to 7 years starting with a 2-yr. seedling. The dense, dark green needles never get longer than 1\".
Eastern Redbud
The Red Bud tree, Cercis Canadensis, is also known as the eastern red bud, and sometimes referred to as the Judas tree because it dates back to biblical times. It is a small deciduous tree that displays an abundance of purple blossoms in the spring.
River Birch
The River Birch tree, Betula Nigra, is a very handsome tree for estates, parks, golf courses and any other large areas. It displays a light reddish brown cinnamon bark that peels and flakes to give that beautiful look that the birch family is noted for.
Sargents Crabtree
The Sargent Crabapple tree, Malus Sargentii, is a dwarf flowering tree that flowers profusely in early spring with pink to white scented blossoms. Excellent for wildlife because of its edible dark red berries. Summer foliage is a dark green color.
Silver Maple
The Silver Maple tree, Acer Saccharinum, is a medium to large fast growing tree. The species is ideal for wet bottomland sites and can easily recover from extended periods of flooding. It is one of the best trees for poor soil and it transplants very easily.
Sweet Gum
The Sweetgum tree, Liquidambar styraciflua, is a rapid growing shade tree usually grown for its excellent fall color. It has an upright pyramidal growth habit in its youth and then becomes spreading, irregular and open as it ages.
Thornless Honeylocust
The Thornless Honeylocust tree, Gleditsia Triacanthos, is fast growing as a young tree and will grow 2\'Ö or more a year over a 10-year period.
